Scope & Topics CFP

With the deepening advancement of the "Dual Carbon" strategy, the new power system exhibits new characteristics of high heterogeneity, distributed deployment, and uncertain fluctuations across "source-grid-load-storage". System regulation is evolving from traditional deterministic centralized control to stochastic distributed intelligent cooperative control. This special session focuses on key scientific issues and technical bottlenecks in the cooperative optimization of distributed energy systems, with discussions centering on flexible regulation, multi-scale coordination, and hierarchical aggregation of distributed energy resources, aiming to provide theoretical support and technical solutions for the stable, efficient, and low-carbon operation of new power systems.
